Thank you for taking interest in our aim to increase the presence of easyHotels throughout the UK and Europe.

We are currently looking for development opportunities for our brand that fit the following criteria:

  • Major city and town centre locations
  • Close to good public transport links
  • In the vicinity of nationally recognised food & beverage operators
  • Near to public car parks

We are targeting existing buildings which can be converted into hotel premises. Recent examples include offices, existing hotels, nightclubs, retail premises, bingo and snooker halls and industrial premises. We will also consider cleared sites where new hotels can be built. Many of the new hotels we are developing are located in mixed-used properties, sitting above or adjacent to other occupiers.

Our preference is to purchase freeholds or virtual freeholds. The minimum size property we look to build or convert is 1,500 sq m, up to a maximum of 4,500 sq m.
